Reception Team Member
Grand Hotel Gozo
The Grand Hotel Gozo**** is looking for a Reception Team Member to join our dynamic and customer-focused Team.
Main duties include:
- Check-in and check-out of our guests, in a friendly and informative way, ensuring that all requirements are met during their stay
- You will be expected to be a point of contact for our guests should they have any queries, answering the telephone, providing assistance and delivering amazing hospitality
- Taking reservations of room bookings in the absence of Reservations
- Dealing with postings for room charges, balancing and banking
- Liaising with all departments on a daily basis
- Ensure correct handover procedure of daily business
Qualifications
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Previous customer service experience; you must be passionate on delivering first class service every time
- Flexibility to work shifts, week-ends and public holidays
- Good range of administration skills and must be IT literate
- Have the ability to multi task
- The ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of a foreign language would be considered an asset, German preferred
Reception shifts are on a day-in day-out basis, from 07:00 until 19:00 every 2 days.
Preference will be given to applicants living in Gozo
