EXPERIENCED HEAD CHEF with overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen including managing a team of chefs and liaising with our restaurant manager and directors. The successful applicant should be hands on.

Required for immediate employment at the DANISH VILLAGE RESTAURANTS situated at the Mellieha Holiday Centre tourist village.

Qualifications
