GUEST RELATIONS / ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a responsible and educated individual to join our team in the rod of Guest Relations Executive to manage our reservations and other administration duties.

o Answering calls, taking bookings, and managing reservations.
o Follow up bookings and call to reconfirm tables and number of guests. Noting any allergies or special
occasions/requests.
o Managing the booking system to book tables as effective as possible to maximise revenue.
o Managing general client emails, messages and bookings via email, Facebook message and Instagram
message.
o Taking care of accounts payable, supplier invoices, checking statements and preparing lists for
monthly payments.
o Assisting to issue payments and cheques as approved and directed.
o Assisting the kitchen with the monthly stocktake.
o Preparing monthly expenditure excels, costs of goods by supplier, drinks etc. To see cost of goods
compared to revenue.
o Picking up takings from Valletta and checking takings and completing revenue reports. o Inputting staff hours from daily sign in sheets.
o Managing staff sick leave and holiday leave.

The successful candidate would have an excellent grasp of the English language, have similar experience for a minimum of 12 months and preferably hold a Bachelors degree in hospitality management.

Similar experience for a minimum of 12 months and preferably hold a Bachelors degree in hospitality management. Fluent in English and good knowledge of Word, Excel, Pages, Powerpoint etc.
