Basic job duties include:
-Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks
-Cooking and preparing high-quality pastries
-Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained
-Being responsible for health and safety and for food hygiene practices
-Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines

Qualifications
Requirements:
• Must be a resident in Malta
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Be in possession of Food Handling License B
• Good communication skills in English and preferably also Maltese
• Be able to work under pressure (within the team and on own initiative)
• Be meticulous at all times
• Have knowledge of pastry and bakery products
• Be passionate about the food industry
