Amigos Mosta

We are looking for part time cooks to work in our Mosta outlet, with the possibility of an occasional shift in our Bugibba outlet.
The ideal candidate has to be committed to investing their time and energy to the brand. Committed team players are expected to be flexible, reliable, respectful and above all responsible towards other team members.
Must be available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Main duties will include;
1. Ensure ingredients and products are all fresh
2. Setting up work station with all needed equipment and ingredients
3. Make sure there is enough stock
4. Upkeep of work station
5. Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc)
6. Ensure all food and items are properly stored
7. Bring to manager’s or supervisor’s attention if items or food is out of stock/expired

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role advantageous.

Must be an EU citizen or already have a permit to work in Malta.
