At AB Projects Ltd, we are importers of office supplies. Our product range includes stationery and cleaning supplies amongst others.
We are looking for the ideal candidate to assist in the clerical and accounting tasks. The main responsibilities will include:
- Processing sales invoices
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Posting of entries and payments
- Debtor and Creditor Reconciliations
- Debtor chasing
- General administration tasks
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be:
- Fluent in Maltese and English
- Computer literate especially in Microsoft excel
- Good telephone skills
- Attention to detail, highly organized, and the ability to work on own initiative and in a team
- Knowledge of SFM / SIMS will be considered as an asset
