FULLSCREEN ONLINE MARKETING LTD is an affiliate marketing company, which provides solutions and consulting for the marketing of online products.

We are looking to recruit an organized and diligent team player to join our Accounts Department on a full-time basis. This role will be based at our Head Office on a full-time basis and will be reporting to the Director.

We are currently located in San Giljan.

Your responsibilities will include,
• Managing day-to-day accounting duties and ensuring the smooth running of the department.
• Managing the month-end process leading to the submission of accurate monthly management accounts in a timely manner.
• Assisting at the end-of-year financial statements and annual audit and preparing the documents requested by the audit company.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
• Having a command of company documents and sending necessary documents to the relevant places.
• Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
• Daily enter key data or financial transactions in the database.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified and locally warranted accountant or ACCA qualified.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting and tax compliance in Malta.
• Proficient communication skills, both written and spoken English.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office. Specifically, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient knowledge of Maltese Business Law.
