An opportunity has arisen to work within the Integritas Group, a multidisciplinary firm providing corporate, fiduciary and immigration services to clients on an international basis.
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive individual who has a practical and hands-on approach, to join our Administration team as an Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant will be a vital member of the team and the responsibilities attached to this role include but are not limited to:
• Answering telephone and greeting clients, making coffees and refreshments;
• Filing, scanning, binding and shredding documents;
• Opening and labeling new files;
• Booking and liaising with couriers;
• Collecting and distributing mail;
• Preparing files for archive;
• Carrying out administrative requests of clients who have physical offices within Integritas;
• Ensuring boardrooms and clients’ offices are always neat and clearing up after each meeting;
• Stocktaking stationeries, office, kitchen and bathrooms supplies on a monthly basis;
• Processing invoices upon order or deliveries;
• Carrying out PA duties to the Directors when absent from the office;
• Ensuring that departmental standard operating procedures are followed and maintained;
• Any other ancillary duties which the Receptionist may be asked to perform.
Qualifications
• Experience in an office environment;
• Fluent in the English language. Any other language considered an asset;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage own workload;
• Excellent communication skills, organised with a good eye for detail;
• Ability to work individually and in a team.
