A global financial company is recruiting a training manager. will lead the full scope of training activities in the global group. This role is ideal for a professional training manager with experience in creating, facilitating and managing multifaceted training programs. Qualifications

• Degree or Master’s in business, HR, finance or related field – an advantage
• At least 3 years’ experience in a training management role in online companies – big advantage
• At least 3 years’ experience managing raining operations in call centers or sales departments – big advantage!
• Strong training background with experience in workshops, individual training sessions, coaching, seminars, videos e.t.c
• Thorough knowledge of training techniques and methodology
