This is a top Management position within Attard Bros Contracting, reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer. The person shall be responsible to manage and co-ordinate all construction operations undertaken by the Group. The job entails the overall management of the various construction and finishes projects, ensuring that both operational and financial objectives are achieved. The post also includes substantial coordination between the various sections within Attard Bros Group, sub-contractors and the Client.

The Head of Projects shall lead the Operations Team, composed of Project/Site Managers, Scheduler, H&S Officer and Senior Foremen.

Qualifications

The ideal candidates must have a proven experience within the Construction Industry, especially from the operational perspective. At least five years ’ experience in a managerial position of construction projects is a necessity. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Architectural and/or Structural Engineering, the latter being preferred. The ideal candidates must be proficient in the use of AutoCad and Microsoft Projects.
