Payroll Coordinator

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a ‘Payroll Coordinator’ to assist our Payroll Manager in our Back Office.
The primary purpose of this role is to compute and deduct wages, input entries into the payroll system, updating vacation & sick leave records as well as overtime, generate reports, maintain & update employee files and other duties which may deem necessary from time to time.

Qualifications
The selected candidate should have a minimum of A`level standard, fluency in the Maltese & English language, must be highly organized and has the ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner. You should also be committed and willing to learn as experience is NOT a must but highly considered as an asset.
