Commercial Clerk

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Commercial Clerk will be responsible to provide
administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department.
Main Tasks:
• To provide support for Managers, Executives & Supervisors in the Sales & Marketing Department.
• To handle and filter client calls and re-route them to other personnel accordingly.
• Assist in the maintenance and filing of documents.
• Maintain tracking sheets and other commercial documents.
• Assist in the maintenance and updating of the contract tracking sheet for Discount/ Rebate / Advert Space Agreements.
• To formulate routine correspondence, letters and addendums accordingly.
Qualifications
• Work experience in Sales Administration
• Good customer care skills
• Good written and verbal English
• Good computer skills -- experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• An ability to understand sales performance metrics
• Good organisational skills
Ideal candidates should possess a secondary level standard of education. Candidates should be able to work under minimum supervision and be self-motivated with a can-do attitude. Computer knowledge.
