Are you looking to join a dynamic boutique international company which focuses on trusts, corporate administration and company services and gives its employees the opportunity to grow within the financial services sector? We at ceek are looking for a Corporate Administrator to provide support for all financial transactions.

What is expected of you?

Prepare payment instructions, supporting documentation and obtains signatory approval for payments
Obtain supporting documentation for incoming and outgoing funds for their clients
Notify clients of inflowing and outflowing funds and make relevant adjustments to financial records
Update client account records of all incoming and outgoing funds
Checks, reconciles and prepares invoices to suppliers for their clients monthly
Process client invoices for client’s on a monthly basis
Maintain client records of financial transactions
Manage petty cash
Manage and process monthly billings (administration fees and any disbursements)
Liaise with clien

Qualifications

What are you expected to bring?


Minimum of at least 2 years administration experience within the financial services industry
Excellent proficiency in Excel
Understanding the business objectives of their clients
Understanding of the purpose of business transactions linked to the client’s business objectives
Good communication skills
Meticulous administration, record keeping and documentation
Able to meet deadlines
