Our client, a leader in the provision of school management software, is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team.

Qualifications
Requirements:
-Previous work experience in a Customer Service role;
-Experience using customer service software such as Zendesk;
-Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Desirable:
-Able to speak Maltese;
-SQL knowledge;
-Experience working in an academic or administrative position in a school.
