We currently have a vacancy for a Cash Refund Officer.

The processing of tax refund vouchers, dealing with mid to high volumes on a quick and efficient manner, and also to provide refund services to tourists.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will :
- Have considerable experience in cash handling, administering ans reconciling a cash float and related procedures
- Be very comfortable in a customer-facing role
- Have excellent communication as interpersonal skills
- Be a quick learner, highly organized and a multitasker
- Be fluent in written ans spoken English, while other languages are considered as asset
