Requirements:

+ previous experience in a similar position;
+ a hands on approach - plumbing, electrical works, painting and plastering, general carpentry and tile repairs;
+ able to communicate in English;
+ possession of a clean and valid driving licence and own a car;
+ reliable and responsible;
+ neat personal appearance;
+ familiar with maintenance tools and equipment;
+ able to lift heavy objects;
+ must be able to climb ladders and scaffoldings;
+ must be physically fit.

Candidates should hold a valid EU Passport.
