Kitchen Concepts Ltd. operates some of Malta’s favourite Pizzerie.

We are currently seeking to employ a Pizzaiolo to lead a new pizzeria which will soon open in sunny, vibrant Limassol in Cyprus. This outlet, set in a beautiful historic locality, will have state of the art set up and will be utilising top quality, authentic ingredients.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for running the pizzeria section of the outlet. This will include food preparation (pizza dough and mis en place), as well as preparing, baking pizza. The ideal applicant will be expected to have good communication skills, enjoy working with, and leading a team, be reliable, flexible and have a professional attitude at work. Training by experienced pizzaioli will be carried out in established pizzeria in Malta prior to departure.
