At Capital we are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Compliance Manager who will fit in our fantastic dream team.

The role of a Compliance agent is to merge the flow of the FTD (first time depositor) and prepare the client to become an active client. During the process the Compliance Agent will fulfill the required regulation needs regarding documents of the client. The agent will be collecting necessary documents from the client, verifying the documents, uploading them onto the system and lastly, send the client to the relevant department for the conversion.

Compliance (Customer Service) Agent role
• Provide first line customer support
• Obtain client information by answering telephone calls, chats, live calls
• Verify the received information/documents by following the compliance procedure
• Determine eligibility of the information/documents received and upload the relevant documentation into the system
• Respond clients queries in an efficient and effective manner
• Follow up on clients and maintain good relationship
• Working closely with other internal departments resolving customer queries

Qualifications

Qualifications / Experience
• Previous experience in Customer Service an advantage
• Good communication skills
• accurate eye for detail
• Honest, enthusiastic, passionate and resilient character
• Proactive
• Share good practice
• Adapt positively to business needs
• English, Italian and Spanish speaking
