Design Architect

JCA is looking for 2 Architects specialized in design to take projects from Concept to Permit. Applicants will be given a large degree of freedom to develop the architectural designs and 3D visualizations in conjunction with the client and head architect.

Applicants can expect to be handling 3-5 large scale (2000sqm+) projects over the course of 2/3 months. At the same time the architects will have an average of 1 small-scale project per week which is to be tackled and closed over the duration of 1-2 days.

Applicants must show that they can be focussed on the task at hand, be able to see what is effective and what is not, and be able to conduct themselves responsibly and take a responsible role in the execution of their projects, leaving 'no stone unturned' in order to ensure the best possible outcome.
