As our next Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will have exceptional skills and years of experience in running restaurant operations with a proven track record. You inspire your team to create memorable experiences for guests, and hold yourself and others to a high level of professionalism and integrity, making key decisions based on what is best for the guest, the venue, and the people who make it operate successfully.

Qualifications

Here's what we need from you...
-Oversee and direct the day to day operations for efficient and organized service
-Work with our management team to plan marketing, advertising & events
-Assist with department scheduling & hiring
-Address any concerns from guests regarding food quality or service
-Work to improve financial performance
-Lead and inspire your team to ensure a high level of engagement & service
-Ensure all members of the team follow the rules, do their best, and love their jobs

Bring your excellent GM Skills and embark on your new adventure in Malta. You will need at least 3 years in your current role, experience in hotel or high-end restaurants, Fluent English, and additional language is a plus.
