Currently we are looking for Risk Controller Agent, who is looking to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for further professional and personal development.

- Verifying all the assigned clients and their statuses
- Checking which are the missing documents of every client
- Coordinate on a daily basis with Risk Controller to check which clients are part of risk management
- Helping out the team in case of need
- Maintain high level of service to the customer and to the company
- Recording and updating all necessary reports on Risk Management for the clients
- Work closely with other relevant departments

Qualifications

- Previous experience in Customer Service an advantage
- Good communication skills
