Due to recent rapid growth at AtoZ Electronics, the Company is seeking to recruit a ‘full-time Delivery Person’ to join our fast-growing and highly motivated team.

• Arrange transportation, schedule staff, Route and organized deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
• Receives products and coordinates delivery
• Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels
• Assist employees with daily tasks/deliveries to ensure that they are completed.
• Contact customers to confirm delivery date and address
• Notify customers about any delivery delays in advance.
• Schedule deliveries and prepare delivery documentation
• Ensure that products are properly packed, stored and transported to avoid any accidents and damages.
• Responsible for obtaining authorization (RMA) from suppliers to ship defective materials for repair/ replacement
• Creating RMA orders and commercial invoices for shipping defective materials
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes

Qualifications

• A Valid Driving Licences
• Good standard of English and Maltese.
• Good customer care skills.
• Candidates having an A-level standard of education and MS Office proficiency will be preferred.
