The Company offers Vehicle Extended Warranty Contracts to its customers throughout the whole of Europe. It is a subsidiary of Nissan Motor Company, which designs, manufactures and sells passenger cars, electric vehicles and light commercial vehicles worldwide.
Administration Assistant – Ref: NII-AFA-0818
To support the operation of the finance and administration activities of Nissan International Insurance Ltd, we are seeking applications from dynamic self-motivated individuals to fill the post of Administration Assistant
The selected candidate will be working closely with Assistant Finance Manager and responsibilities will include:
• Preparation and posting of invoices
• Debt collection
• Supplier liaison
• Month-end reconciliations
• Interfacing and query handling with Regional Business Units
• Company administration duties
• Facilities management support
• Travel coordination
• Internal meeting coordination and task assignment
• Any other duties appropriate for this role

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Minimum of ‘O’ level education, accounting and mathematics considered as an asset
• Organised and logical approach to work and problem solving together with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Word and particularly Excel required.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, which is necessary for communication in our English speaking office
• Willingness to show flexibility and commitment to company and colleagues and take responsibility for meeting company and personal objectives
• Excellent interpersonal communication and team player qualities required
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Preference will be given to candidates who have 1 year experience in a related post
