As a Night Receptionist you would have the following duties and responsibilities:

- Ensuring that all guests have received an efficient and friendly check-in or check-out
- Assisting all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, wherever possible going the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction
- Dealing with complaints within your bounds of responsibility and according to company procedure
- Ensuring all documentation is completed as necessary and carried out in accordance with the company standards
- Dealing with all incoming phone calls
- Be fully conversant with the facilities, services and promotions offered by the hotel and whenever appropriate offer this information to the guest

Qualifications

Applicants should:

- Have previous experience in a similar position or an operational and guest facing role
- Have an O’ level of education or higher
- Have a good level of spoken and written English
- Have practical knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
- Be responsible and reliable
