• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
• Achieving growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Responsible for leading and guiding the team of sales people
• Set sales goals & quotas, build a sales plan, analyse data, assign sales training and sales territories.
• Make sure that the need of customers are being satisfied.
• To build up the Chinese client base in the short term letting and the property purchase sector

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant work experience in property sales and letting
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
• Responsible for leading and guiding the team of sales people .
• Must have excellent spoken English and Chinese ability to read in English and Chinese
