OK limited is seeking to employ a full time Warehouse Administrator ideally with a background in storekeeping and IT, to join our evergrowing household wholesaling department. We are a young and enthusiastic team looking to provide a fast delivery service to our esteemed clients.
A good remuneration package will be given to the right candidate.
ROLE
• Stationed in our main warehouse, one would be expected to be responsible for the upkeep on the store and coordinate space for new arrival of stock.
• Responsible for the checking of new merchandize and placing it in the store.
• Unloading containers of stock and checking with invoice.
• To take incoming emails and calls from clients and process their order.
• To prepare orders for clients and issue invoices and paper work accordingly.
• To follow up on enquiries/orders in a timely fashion.
• Keep the store organized at all times.
• Update clients with regular promotions via email.
• Deliver goods to clients when needed.
ATTRIBUTES
• Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese.
• Customer – Oriented.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• An outgoing personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery schedules.
• Be reliable and honest.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum O-level Standard of Education.
• Computer skills – Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook.
• Experience on IT inventory systems.
• Experience on Shireburn software will be considered an asset.
• Driving Licence.
• Fork lifter course.
• Transit licence.
