A new role has emerged for a Lead Conversion Specialist
Your responsibilities will include:
Closing sales via the telephone with targeted customers to ensure placement of
products
Establishing positive relationships with prospective clients through warm lead
conversion
Scheduling appointments based on the needs of the prospective client
Effectively communicating the value of the company’s products and services
Continuously building upon knowledge the products and services offered
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Previous sales experience necessary, preferably in an outbound call center
A Level or College standard of education is required
Experience in Trading and/ or Financial Services would be preferred
Skills
Self-motivated with strong desire to achieve consistent results
Strong influencing and client engagement skills
Excellent listening skills to translate wants and needs into corresponding products
and services
Extraordinary attention to detail, organization and prioritization skills and adaptability
Experience with CRM software
Ability to overcome objections and solve problems
Proficiency in Italian. Native is preferred but not exclusive
