Electrical Installer

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for the following:
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes and standards;
• Assist the Lead technician with installations ;
• Assist with general site preparation;
• Ensure that all conduit and wire runs and installations meet expected quality standards;
• Assist with completion of installation reports and paperwork;
• Maintain tool management standards;
• Any other duties as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral proficiency in both English and Maltese
• Possession of a valid driving licence
• Strong proficiency with hand-held electronic devices
• Ability to apprehend and produce proper interpretation of site plans, drawings and designs
• Capability to handle power tools, to follow basic technical instructions
• Apt to work at heights and in confined spaces
