Office Support Administrator

Mdina Glass is currently recruiting an Office Support Administrator.
Tasks include:
• updating the stock system with movements between our stores and outlets and provide our shops with the required product barcodes
• answering online / email enquiries
• processing orders made on our e-commerce store as well as updating and maintaining products on the website
• compiling data and statistical reports
• supporting the company secretary and management team in the day-to-day running of the company
Attributes & skills required:
• proactive, self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative while forming an important part of a team environment
• responsible and have pride in your work
• well organised and structured in your approach to work
• possess a very good standard of both written and spoken English and Maltese
• a thorough understanding of basic computer programmes such as Word and Excel and stock control systems
• Customer service oriented
Qualifications
Previous experience in back-end website administration work will be considered an asset.
The ideal candidates will be have a minimum of 3 years experience in an office administration role.
ECDL certification considered an asset.
