STOCK CONTROL OFFICER- Full Time
- Plan and manage the receiving, storing, issuing and shipping of materials and goods;
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure time delivery of products;
- Maintain and administer the Company’s automated bar-coding and inventory system;
- Compiles stock control records and information to determine supply and replenishments requirements;
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly labelled and arranged on shelves and racks;
- Responsible for examining goods received, return damaged goods and report quality and quantity problems;
- Issuing of monthly inventory reports, data analysis and puts forth suitable warehousing recommendations to Management;
- Reinforces housekeeping standards and the use of safety equipment and clothing;
- Able to carry out suitable health and safety risk assessments.
Interested candidates should have a minimum of two to three years experience in a stores/warehousing environment, be computer oriented, customer focused, possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as speak, write fluent English. A Diploma and/or certificate in Stores Management or equivalent will be considered an asset.
