Mum n Me is one of the leading Baby Shops in Malta. We require a mature and responsible Full Time Sales Assistant to join our team. Employment: Immediate. Location: Zejtun.

Main Responsibilities:
Be able to work in a team.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
Ascertain customers’ needs and wants through knowledge of products.
Accurately describe product features and benefits.
Sell, restock and merchandise.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual standards.
Maintain a fully stocked store.
Manage computerised point-of-sale and stock system.
Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments.

Working Hours:
Weekdays 0900-1300 and 1600-1900
Saturdays 0900-1300

Qualifications

Proven working experience in retail sales.
Experience in a similar post is considered an asset.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to reach sales targets.
Proficiency in English and Maltese.
Overall Customer Service Focus.
