• Ensure adequate record keeping of invoices and withdrawals from storeroom
• To confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Receive, unload, organise and shelve supplies
• Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation for HACCP and trace-ability purposes
• Coordinate the requisition of food required for manufacturing

Qualifications

• Able to work without supervision and within a team
• Reliable, hard working and confident
• Good knowledge of English and Maltese
• Computer literate
• Candidates with previous experience as a storekeeper and/or catering background, will be given preference.
