Administrative Operations Support
Farmer's Deli
The selected candidate would be responsible to work on own initiative and to perform the following duties among others:
• General Office and Administrative Duties
• Invoicing
• Debtor Chasing
• On-line management and updating of a Product Website
• Replying to Social Media requests
• Using Excel to work, update and issue price lists
• Taking care of the Customer Data Base, maintaining Customer Relationship, managing Customer Follow-Ups, monitoring Customer Satisfaction
• Running of daily stock-takes
• Scheduling deliveries, to communicate with clients, re-scheduling when necessary
• Might be required to be involved in Sales Promotional Events
• Might be required to help with customer deliveries
Qualifications
Qualifications as listed below or the equivalent:
• Minimum O level standard of education with O levels in Maths, English, Maltese, Italian and Accounts.
• ECDL Certification
Previous experience of:
• working in a wholesale or retail establishment;
• working with and managing a website and of performing website related tasks e.g. printing, follow-ups, replying to social media customer requests;
• working on and with Excel and proficient in using Excel Formulae and applications;
• invoicing and basic clerical accounts.
The selected candidate will:
• be willing to learn about the Organic Food and Organic Products Industry;
have a keen eye for detail, be organized, rigorous and have a meticulous character;
• like people, have good customer communication skills, have experience and flair with customers; have a high level of Social and Verbal Intelligence;
• Have good English writing skills;
• be proficient in both written and spoken English, Maltese and Italian;
• have a basic knowledge of book-keeping or accounts and experience in working in basic accounting or accounts clerk positions;
• be able to deal with stress and client demands;
• have a driving licence.
