The ideal applicants should:

Have previous working experience in a restaurant;
Be hard working and enjoy leading a team during service;
Able to priorities and multi-task and have a flexible approach;
Be fluent in MALTESE and English
Be familiar with Micros Operational P.O.S system;
Possess a valid work permit to work in Malta and a clean police conduct.
