· To handle and assist in employee relations and disciplinary procedures
· Aid with the resourcing and recruitment of staff
· Organising staff events
· Creating and reviewing HR policies and procedures
· Supporting in training and development, and coaching the leadership team on employee relations
· Job Description Role
· To assemble all documentation and apply for employee work permits
· Design and implement new and existing HR policies and procedures
· Provide comprehensive support and coaching to leaders and managers in HR matters with an emphasis on emulating our key values through these interactions
· Support and implement attraction, development and retention strategy including local talent acquisition plans, frequent talent management activities and diverse engagement programmes
· Carry out recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, prepping candidates for interviews, and making offers to candidates and also provide support with our recruitment events
· Provide direction and support on performance development and improvement systems, including the annual performance development process.
· Fulfilling Departmental and Personal KPI’s as assigned and described by the Company.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years HR role experience
