Our company is currently expanding it`s roots and we are currently looking for a dedicated person to work within one of our renowned childcare centers, as a Centre Manager.

This person is to be highly dedicated for her/his, work and full of ideas. S/he must be a Team Leader and know how to work in a team.

The selected candidate will be responsible to:
- Train the staff members
- Prepare Rosters
- Keep Communication with the parents and the staff members
- Hold regular meetings
- Observe staff members during their work
- Provoke good working skills to their staff members
- Maintain center files and documents up to date
- Hold interviews when required

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should be holding:

- Level 5 Diploma in Childcare Management or ongoing with the course
- Pediatric First Aid
- Food Handling
- Clean Police Conduct
- Experience within the sector would be considered as an asset
