Front Office Clerk

This position calls for a Front Office Clerk who will form part of the Finance Team. Duties will include but not limited to:
- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, directing and announcing them appropriately;
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls;
- Take concrete orders and distribute them on daily basis accordingly & keep a proper diary of same;
- Provide basic and accurate information about the company products in-person and via phone/email;
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries;
- Helps and advise customers make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions and opinions by providing information on the company products;
- Other duties which may arise from time to time.
Qualifications
Requirements;
- Minimum three-year experience in a similar role will be considered an asset, but training will be provided to the right candidate;
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office;
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English;
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Customer service attitude;
- Able to work on own initiative and in a team;
- Flair for Sales.
