Sales Representative

First Car Rental

The company is seeking to recruit a sales representative, possessing outstanding communication, sales and customer service skills.

The successful applicant will be required to meet guests in various locations around the island to rent vehicles and fill in the necessary paperwork. The chosen candidate will also be required to assist in the reservations and other general office duties as may be required at our head office.

The duties would include:
• Act as a car rental sales representative at the various car rental locations.
• Meet clients to fill in the necessary documentation and sales procedures.
• Delivery and collection of vehicles.
• General administrative duties.
• Coordinating rentals with other stations and departments.

The selected candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package as well as commission on sales.

Qualifications

• Have an O level standard of education as minimum;
• Be highly proficient in spoken and written English;
• Be in possession of a clean driving licence (both for manual and automatic);
• Be proficient in computer applications;
• Meticulous, responsible and highly organised;
• Have the ability to work under pressure, with very good listening and communication skills.

The chosen candidate will be required to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
