The position of Front Office Agent is currently available within our Front Office Department.

This position will require the successful candidate to assist and provide information to all in-house guests in an efficient, prompt and courteous way.

The ideal candidate must be smart in appearance, well-organized, and must have excellent communication skills and a flair for sales.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Interested candidates must possess:
- Previous experience in a front-office role;
- Fluency in English;
- Communication skills;
- Administrative skills.
- Knowledge of other (European) languages.

Knowledge of Front-office software systems (training will be provided) will be considered an asset.
P.S. This position might require the chosen candidate to work night shifts.
