The primary purpose of the role is to prepare orders as advised by the sales team, provide a proactive service to walk-in clients and remain in constant communication via email and phone with the sales representatives and drivers.

Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with the below skills and competences to join our team at Michael Debono Limited.

• Picking pre-booked parts for OEM and tyres.
• Complete reconciliations of the daily deliveries.
• Assist drivers with loading vans and preparing daily schedule/route planning.
• Operating a Fork Lift Truck.

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
• A clean driving licence.
• A reasonable standard of English and numerical skills.
• A Fork Lift Truck drivers licence.
• The ability to communicate clearly in both Maltese and English.
• Able to undertake routine administrative tasks including updating computer and manual recording systems.
• An appreciation of basic Microsoft Office.
• A proactive approach to good housekeeping.
