-Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally ( hands on )
-Maintain quality control for all food served
-Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards
-Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
