Barista and Waiter

Valletta Cafe'/Bar.

We are currently looking to recruit an ambitious and enthusiastic person to
work behind the bar,
serve food and drinks to our patrons inside the Cafe'
deliver food orders to different addresses in Valletta (on foot)
and help the chef with the daily work of the cafeteria.

Frascati Cafe' is a very old Cafe' which goes back to the Strait Street era and recently been renovated to today's standards. We are open weekdays from 7.00am till 4.00pm and on Fridays and Saturdays from 5.00pm till late. The chosen candidate will work on a roster, sharing the hours between the team, each working approximately 40 hours a week.
The salary is based on the catering experience and Barista skills the candidate offers.

Qualifications

In order to apply for the position you must:

- Be fluent in English
- Have a good work ethic
- Have some experience in a Cafe/Bar


Preference will be given to applicants who:

- Speak Maltese and/or another languages
- Have a vast knowledge of cocktail mixing
- Have some cooking experience
- Can help in marketing
