Carob Tree Food Court

Responsible for the operation and coordination of ware washing, glassware, cutlery, storage areas, garbage room, Pop up kitchen, creative zone, satellite kitchens and 2nd floor back of the house sanitation.
Responsible for supplying the F&B outlets, with clean and sanitary equipment with which to service our guests.

Ensuring complete cleanliness of Food court Back of house areas, following sanitation & safety guidelines and working with co-workers to ensure the operations of the Carob Tree Food court are smooth and profitable.

Qualifications

1 year minimum experience, Secondary education needed
