Vacancy: Junior Auditor (on a full-time basis).
• Borg Galea is seeking to recruit a Junior Auditor to primarily handle the following tasks:
a) working with the senior auditor to plan audits.
b) liaising with clients re: all necessary preparations and compilation of documents.
c) checking expenditures, revenue and other financial records to ensure that all numbers are accurate, regulations are complied with, and all payments are accurately classified and recorded.
d) helping the Senior Auditor prepare the discussion draft of the audit report.
e) attend meetings on an ad hoc basis with the client and senior auditor and complete the audit report.
• Applicants are expected to have a positive attitude, be able to work under pressure, be in possession of a driving license and able to communicate confidently and effectively in both Maltese and English.
• Only Applicants with an ACCA qualification [or in the process of obtaining their ACCA credentials] or Accounting qualification will be considered.

• The normal working hours will be on a daily basis from 0900hrs to 1700hrs and the applicant will be expected to work from the company's office in Sliema.
