Risette is an informal fine dining Restaurant set within the elegant Casa Ellul, in the heart of Valletta with an emphasis on using the freshest produce.
Accordingly, we are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Supervisor. This person shall possess and execute front of house dining services management knowledge and understanding from a fine dining restaurant model of hospitality and delivery systems for all dining areas.
At the Dining Services Manager’s and Restaurant Supervisor’s direction and discretion, this person will be responsible for managing appropriate service flow in all dining areas with regard to staffing, structure, organization, appropriate appointments, P.O.S. system, and cleanliness.
Competencies & Responsibilities:
• Arrive on time, prepared to work. Perform daily dining room and service area inspections.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all residents, guests, employees.
• Must have excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of daily, weekly & monthly catering functions.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all dining rooms and dining areas.
• Actively participate, oversee and insure proper flow of service during breakfast lunch and dinner and special functions in any and all dining areas.
• Responsible to attend in a timely manner and actively participate in all required staff and management meetings

Qualifications
Qualifications & Education Required:
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• A valid work permit
• Fluent in English
• Possess a Food Handling Certificate
• Clean Police Conduct
