ESE is currently seeking to recruit a creative and experienced Graphic/Web Designer who will be responsible for all design aspects of the various websites. The selected candidate should be a team player, be able to work on his/her own initiative and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Web Designer/Developer (at least 2 years)
• Experience in print and web graphic design.
• Excellent communication skills – presentation skills, negotiation skills, great writing skills and fluency in English
• Strong knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Good skills in web design, especially creating content management websites.
• Strong knowledge of Wordpress CMS.
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 languages and knowledge of the basics of PHP language.
• Great attention to usability, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of the design.
• Knowledge of good SEO practices and experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Professional use of social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Twitter.
• Good command of video editing software as Adobe Premiere or Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of PHP and JavaScript Languages.
• Knowledge in copywriting and drawing.
• Knowledge in photography and filming techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketers, designers, developers, product owners, and copywriters
• Understanding of technology and being a quick learner
• Problem solver identifying solutions for quick turn-around
• Have a curiosity to surface insights and implications and use this knowledge to think creatively about solutions
