Maintaining accounting ledgers using Sage
Performing bank reconciliations
Issuing invoices and statements and monitoring receivables
Reconciliation of supplier accounts and monitoring payables
Issuing payments
Maintaining and reconciling expense schedules
Assisting in the compilation of monthly management reports
Assisting with any other duties as may be required
Qualifications
A post-secondary qualification in Accounting will be considered an asset
At least one year work experience in a similar position will also be considered an asset
Knowledge and experience in Sage and Microsoft Excel
Good command of the English language. Knowledge of Maltese language is considered an asset
Good organisational skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work on own initiative
