Project Manager

A Project Manager is now required to take overall responsibility for a number of projects to ensure objectives are achieved. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparation of Program of Works, coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans and ensure deadlines are met;
• Identification and Planning Project Resources
• Management of the Project, including monitoring expenditure and ensure it remains within budget;
• Managing the Construction Workforce of the Project in hand;
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports as may be required from time to time;
• Resolve problems when they arise;
• Health and Safety on Construction Sites

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience; or
be in a Warranted Architect with a minimum of 3 years' experience in construction project management.
