Job Description :
- Assist with delivery of corporate and accountancy services
- Assist with payroll, accounting and VAT return preparation, excel workings and filing of statutory and administrative documents
- Liaise with Clients, Banks, VAT, MFSA, ROC and any other required to complete the work.
- Administration including filing, scanning and data entry
- Office procurement and administration
- Taking calls and replying to client emails
Minimum requirements :
- The person must have an exposure to international clients and international business.
- They must be English speaking, possess a can-do attitude and a good eye for detail.
- Our client base is mostly from the international sector, therefore the suitable person would have exposure to international clients sector.
- The person must have (min) 5 year work experience in the field of Accounts
