Parts Administrator

Due to the continued success of this growing Motor Retail group a new role has arisen for an experienced Parts Administrator to join the team.
As the Parts Administrator you will:
• Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all Parts administration, and maintain stock items
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers and clients
• Be responsible for keeping the database updated of stock to be ordered, stock on order, stock received
• Check back orders, verifying invoices for parts received, ensuring outstanding orders are completed.
• Input all orders and have a knowledge of order processing
You will be currently working as a Parts Administrator or an Administrator helping with administrative duties working in one of our car dealerships, ideally you will have some automotive knowledge. We would be very interested in applicants with experience in ordering parts.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be able speak and write English & or Maltese. They must possess a full driving license.
